Who we are
OSQOM is the strategic and commercial identity of a diversified operating portfolio. It brings together MediaKit, Softomatics, Enacoms, Hotelyze, Herballis, European Trades, specialist media brands, the OldSpell consumer brand and technology products.
At the centre of the structure is DEVELOPMENT AND NEW TECHNOLOGIES HUB P.C., the principal Greek legal and operating entity. Based in Piraeus, the company coordinates strategy, consulting services, new-technology development, portfolio activities, shared capabilities and market expansion.
OSQOM is not presented as a passive holding label. It is the active operating and portfolio centre through which new initiatives are developed, resources are coordinated and common standards are applied.
What the principal company does
DEVELOPMENT AND NEW TECHNOLOGIES HUB P.C. acts as the principal operating platform. Its role extends beyond branding and includes the active development, coordination and commercialisation of portfolio activities.
How the portfolio is organised
The OSQOM portfolio is intentionally structured by function. Activities are presented as operating businesses, media brands, the OldSpell consumer brand, technology products or ventures, while the responsible legal entity remains explicit.
This structure allows each activity to maintain a focused market identity while benefiting from shared strategic direction, technology, media, operational knowledge and commercial relationships. External partners are credited only for the work they actually perform.
To preserve legal clarity, the responsible entity for each activity is stated in its contracts, invoices, regulatory filings and applicable website legal notices. Inclusion in the OSQOM portfolio does not mean that a business, brand or product is a separately incorporated subsidiary.
