This policy explains how DEVELOPMENT AND NEW TECHNOLOGIES HUB P.C., operating osqom.com under the OSQOM Group identity, uses cookies and similar technologies. It should be read together with the Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small files stored on a visitor’s device. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and software development tools that store or access information on a device. Under Greek electronic-communications rules, non-essential storage or access requires prior informed consent. Technologies strictly necessary to transmit a communication or provide a service expressly requested by the visitor may operate without consent.
2. Current use on osqom.com
Necessary storage: active for website operation, security and remembering your consent choice.
Analytics: Google Analytics 4 is configured for audience measurement but is implemented in basic consent mode. Its script is not loaded and no Analytics request is sent unless the visitor expressly allows analytics.
Advertising and behavioural profiling: not used by the current website.
3. Storage register
| Name | Provider | Category | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| osqom_cookie_consent_v2 | OSQOM / osqom.com | Necessary | Stores whether optional analytics have been accepted or rejected and the date of the choice. | Up to 6 months |
| Platform security and session storage | OSQOM hosting and application infrastructure | Necessary | Supports security, request routing, fraud prevention and basic operation of the website. Technical names may vary according to the infrastructure used. | Session or limited technical period |
| _ga | Google Analytics | Analytics — optional | Distinguishes visitors for audience measurement after analytics consent is granted. | Up to 2 years |
| _ga_7N4EHRDT7M | Google Analytics | Analytics — optional | Persists session state after analytics consent is granted. | Up to 2 years |
4. Giving, refusing and withdrawing consent
Optional technologies are off by default. The first-layer banner provides equally accessible options to accept all or reject optional technologies. Detailed preferences can be saved separately.
You may change or withdraw your choice at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. A new choice is requested after the stored preference expires, normally after six months.
5. Browser controls and third-party links
Browser settings can also delete or block stored information. Blocking all storage may affect features that require security or session functionality. Links to external websites are governed by those websites’ own cookie and privacy notices; OSQOM does not control their technologies after you leave osqom.com.
6. Changes and contact
We will update this register before activating any additional non-essential provider or purpose. Questions about cookies or privacy choices may be sent to osqom.com@gmail.com.
