Autopilox is a private email-operations platform for authorised OSQOM teams. It connects selected Gmail sender accounts, sends managed email sequences and detects replies so follow-ups stop at the right time.
What it does

Autopilox is designed for accountable outreach operations. It does not connect to a Google account until an authorised user deliberately starts and completes the Google consent flow.

Autopilox sends approved campaign and follow-up messages from the selected Gmail sender account.
Detect replies and stop follow-ups
Message and thread metadata is checked to identify replies, bounces and unsubscribe requests so automations can react correctly.
Google account access
Only the permissions required for the workflow.
Autopilox requests Gmail send access to deliver messages that an authorised user has configured. Gmail read-only access is used for mailbox identity checks and limited message or thread metadata needed to recognise replies, bounces and opt-out requests.

- OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted before storage.
- Access is limited to the Gmail permissions required for sending and reply detection.
